I have been watching a lot of Stars hockey lately and am enjoying it more and more. It helps that this is a fun team to watch because of certain personalities. They are hot again and trying to move up in the playoff race. I watch some Mavs too and they are also entertaining nowadays. With Tyson Chandler out now its tough.... cause wants to watch the bald giant Brian Cardinal? Either way its going to be some busy months coming up with playoffs in two sports (hopefully) and Rangers baseball.

It was fun watching the Mavs sweep the Lakers. Who would have thought that in back to back years North Texas team would beat the Yankees and Lakers in the playoffs.

thank God. I'm so sick of this one girl here that always talks about the Lakers. i really want to hit her in the face when she mentions kobe or wears her fugly jersey.

I am by no means a Mavs fan, but I absolutely loved watching JJ carve up the Laker's D like a thanksgiving turkey. I just wish someone would have shanked Bynum in the eye after his assault on Barrea. Completely classless in my book and I hope Stern throws the book at him.

Agree finch... I hope they suspend him half a season. I'm not much of an NBA fan, but I pull for our hometown boys. Go mavs

Same here. I think a western conference final of Dallas vs Memphis/OKC is a ratings warrior! F the NBA. But, GO MAVS.
I have never watched much bball, aside from March Madness, but watching Bynum pull his stunt really pissed me off.

I have watched pretty much all the Mavs playoff games and have felt entertained. I only watched sparingly during the regular season. I want Dirk to get his championship. He deserves it. A Dallas v Miami rematch would be quite interesting.

Yea Bynum is a thug. He might have been able to save a little face by looking like he had regret and keeping his jersey on after he left the arena. But after that act he had no chance. I don't feel like Odom's was as bad as people made it out to be. He still should have gotten thrown out but I don't hold him in the same light as I do Bynum.

Me neither, Odom's was a hard foul on a guy his size. Still a chump move, but nothing like a 7+ foot Bynum giving an elbow mid air to the smallest guy on the court. Complete chicken shit move

Well I didnt think they would beat Portland. I have bought in for now. I think they will be fine against either of those teams. They will be worn out from their current series and they just dont look all that great. The Mavs have figured something out.

Both teams present match up problems for the Mavs, but I think the Mavs are playing well enough right now to over come those match ups. Give me the Mavs in 6 over either team.

I call it like I see it. Mavs shot their wad against LA, plus the long layoff will hurt their momentum.

I think the layoff is a more positive thing for the Old Fs on the Mavs.
