They came back in the 9th only to lose in the 10th. I wouldn't call that catastrophic. If the catastrophic moment actually had any legs then there wouldn't be a need for more than one.

What would really be interesting is if the Rays sweep the Sox and the Angels sweet the Orioles. This make TB and Boston tied for the WC and LAA only one game back. Either way, this weekend the Angles can really help themselves even if the Rangers don't lose.

Gents -
I'm thinking about making a day of the first ALDS home game here. It should be on Monday, October 3rd. Probably in the afternoon, but since it'll be NYY, they may make it the primetime game. We'll see. Either way, I'd like to get out there early and tailgate, cook, drink, etc.
Who's with me? The only tickets available right now are SRO. They are $25 each, with a $6 per ticket processing fee. I can get up to 4. Let's get a big group together. Someone else buy 4 and let's go.
Fischer already told me he can't take a day off work. Lytle says unless he knows exactly the day and time of the game, he can't make the call. What an ass. I can't just go fund everyone and let them make a decision when they know all the details. This is the postseason. You in or are you out?
