Rangers vs. Astros this week. There will also be a Guiness World Record set Tuesday night, sponsored by Reliant, for Most People Wearing Sunglasses...In the Dark. No shit. So, who do you got?
I'm calling for the Rangers sweep! Let me hear from ya.

I thought you were done with this team?

I was thinking anything less than 12-7 is a failure.

I thought you were done with this team? When did I say this? My last post was cautiously optomistic...

I'm just hanging on hoping things start going right. Pitching is now hit or miss. Bullpen still sucks and offense is dreadful. Just posting the facts. I'm not done with anything.

I haven't been following the Cards. I think they were in first place last time I checked. Like I've said all along...I only watch them when I'm in STL, and haven't been there in over a month. I refuse to turn down free tickets to a game, no matter who is playing.

Well be careful when you do go there because as I documented in another thread St Louis is one of the most dangerous cities in America.

C'mon Framp, you know Sully doesn't roll in public without 4-5 armed body guards. I've also heard that Sully had 3 clones of himself made to act as decoys whenever he goes out of town.

Rangers made easy work of OKC last night. They need to sweep this series.

Indeed they do. Mitch's HR was ridiculous.

Man, that thing was majestic. I don't know if you could tell on TV but the ball was not carrying at all last night. I was stunned Josh hit the wall on the fly. We were sitting one section over and couldn't tell if it was caught or not but when he hit it everyone stood up and I yelled to my brother "if that goes out I'll eat my shoe." It damn near did. On a normal day that ball is 15 feet into the bullpen. Balls would hit a wall and just die. Bourne had trouble on a ball he had to dive for b/c it nearly fell straight down after hitting it's apex. I would have been impressed he hit it one row deep because of how heavy the air was. We were all stunned at how far it went. It was the equivalent of a cold-blooded three. Everyone had O-face.
