Just let me know as soon as you decide cause the closer it gets to the race the more expensive it gets. I'll probably sign up here in the next couple days. I'm also probably going to do the dfw mud run, I think it's dfwmudrun.com, but it's a little more serious. It's a 10k and if you fall off the obstacles or don't do it correctly they make you do it again. I'm doing that with some of my neighbors.

I got lazy and ran out of time and only ran 2 days last week.
Tuesday I broke the 25 min mark and ran a 5k in 24.45, a 7:59 pace.
Saturday I ran my first 10k in 55.12, a 8:54 pace, and was pretty winded, but recovered fast. I'd like to get down to a 7:30 pace on the 5k and a 8:00 pace on the 10k.
I'm going to keep building up to a half marathon. In 3-4 weeks, I'm going to try my first 10 mile run.
I weigh 200 on the nose now.

I registered for my first race over the weekend. I'm running the 5k at the Texas Half next Saturday. My goal is 24 mins.
