True. But, I like to eat.
I figure I can eat a little healthier and cut out some extra snacking. If I do that, and continue the running, I should be alright.

And don't eat late at night. Eat dinner as early as possible.

I used to be able to do a 5k in 18 minutes.
Now, we had better make it about 30.
I got on the Kinect Sports ping-pong two days ago, and my back and shoulders feel like I wrestled with a grizzly bear.
The only thing I run these days is my mouth, my light bill up, and my daughters bath water.

Was that the first time you had ran in a long time or did you occasionally run?

You should do it John it's tons of fun, they have a concert and beer going on all day. If Julie is serious about it let me know cause I'm about to sign up and I want to run with people I know. They have half hour increments that you sign up for and they will sell out. In other words if I sign up today for the 10:30 and someone else signs up two days late that slot might be full. I did last years in 31 mins.
Sully you need to do this with me. Rule number 5: No excuses play like a champ!
