Dude, you can't 20000 to travel 30 miles east to watch TCU play SMU. No way you could bring that many to Vegas or San Diego.

That's b/c it was SMU. We had about 17k at the game. Not bad for a game everyone knew would be a blowout. In contrast, SMU brought less than 1000 to AGCS in '07. Why do you think even Tech couldn't sell the game out against SMU? B/c they suck.

HA! 20K? More like 3k. No way TCU travels. They don't even sell out home games unless the stadium is over half full of the opposing team's fan.

Exactly. They couldn't sell out that stadium if Jim Wacker, Jim Killingsworth, and Amon Carter came back from the dead and signed autographs at halftime.

I said that if it's something like the Texas Bowl, Indy, or Sun Bowl they'll travel well. Otherwise, they won't. One site had TCU and Buffalo in the LVB. That would get 5000 people-4500 locals. The PB is pushing for TCU/BSU. If that happens, we could travel 12-15. It all depends on the matchup.

Patterson interviewed with Auburn today. He is the 7th person they've interviewed.

Really? I think Gil would be great but I don't know if they could ever accept the black man.

Is Patterson interviewing for the DC position? I would think Auburn would hire a head coach first?

LSU is going after John Chavis from Tennessee for DC.
Bumpass would never work for those coonasses.

I never listen to Finebaum, but I am aware of his body of work. The rednecks in Alabama worship him.
As for Bumpas, maybe it's time to call him home?
