One thing...let's get off this Oprah thing. She had BHO on twice and it was before his candidacy. It's a non-story to me.

Disagree.
It is a story because of the position it puts Oprah in. She has made her money off of the white house Frau that now has fallen in line behind Sarah Palin. Why would she refuse to book a guest that her audience would LOVE to see? She also is continuously howling about adopting the Fairness Doctrine that the left wants to impose on right wing talk radio.
I enjoy seeing Oprah exposed for the hypocrite that she is.

Maybe I give the house frau too much credit. I think they can and will make their minds up w/o Oprah's influence. And if they can't all the husband has to do is say that if things go her way in November the wife has to get a job b/c all that disposable income will now be going to taxes. If that don't right the ship then God have mercy on that woman's soul.

On no, the frau will vote for Palin regardless of what Oprah does. I just enjoy Oprah being revealed as a hypocrite. I hope this wakes the frau up and she can see see it also.
I hope it hits Oprah where it hurts her the most. That big, black pocketbook.

You know, there are going to be some serious repurcussions from this media frenzy. US Weekly has already had over 10000 cancelled subscriptions with countless numbers of women that read it in the checkout line that will refuse to do so from now on. MSNBC is on it's last leg. Oprah will take a hit in the ratings. I'm sure people who lose jobs b/c of this will blame the right and say they are a victim of the economic "crisis."

No kidding. What happened to all those marathons and all? If she and her party are so in favor of helping the little guy, why doesn't she freaking work for free rather than 50M a year so some poor, hard-working production assistant can bring home more than 20k a year?

Same reason Barack wants you to cut down on your gas use while he flies around the country in his private jet and drives in a caravan of Suburbans when he gets to NJ to attend a $31,800 a plate dinner hosted by Jon Bon Jovi.
