I guess. Even though it was flawed and proved the other side's point.
Not to mention you can google that in less than one minute.

No, I did all that in about 1 hour. So did it take me a week to research my replies to the other threads?
Jerry has been horribly reactive to his teams needs. He failed to prepare his team beyond the Aikman, Smith, and Irvin years. It took 5 years and an undrafted QB to find Troy's replacement. With his passion for winning and the money and resources they have, there's no reason why they shouldn't have transitioned into another generation of success with new personnel. Sure hindsight is 20/20 but can you honestly say that at the time he made those moves that it was the best move for the team? At least give yourself a chance. Did you think Quincy Carter was the answer at first glance? What about Greenballs? I'm far from saying that I or even any of us are qualified to do that job. I'm just saying Jerry is about the least qualified GM in football history. What he's done is the exact same thing my Dolphins have done and its pathetic how they've moved on in the post-Marino years. Since 1999 they've drafted 1 QB. The spare Josh Heupel in 2001. Since then, they've ran out a list of has-beens and also-rans to goose the center that rivals only Dallas. It has taken them and Dallas too long to figure out what needs to be done to make their teams successful again. I know its a cliche, but failure to prepare is to prepare to fail. I just don't see how everyone is content with the last decade of mediocrity.

Thank you for pointing out Jerry's genius in spotting the talent of an undrafted free agent that goes on to become a Pro Bowl quarterback. I guess every other GM in the NFL is an idiot for passing on Romo?
You can't keep comparing recent teams to the Cowboys of Aikman, Smith, and Irvin; that was a once in a lifetime collection of talent that some claim is the greatest team in NFL history. Jones has made mistakes, but at the time he made the deals, I would say that I agreed with most of them. His job as owner/GM is to bring in the talent that is necessary to win. Unfortunately; Troys, Emmits, and Michaels come around once in a lifetime.
In my opinion; Jerry's Herschel Walker deal with Minnesota should get him into the Hall of Fame. That was a thing of beauty.

Great point.
Stubbs is setting a record for the most times to be owned in one thread. (breaking his own record)
