A&M football has been pretty pathetic over the last 10+ years, there is no denying that. But despite the losing on the field, the atmosphere has remained far and away one of the best in the nation, and it's really not even a contest. If you would like to argue that last point, I submit this picture. This obviously wasn't something that was planned well in advance. This happened in less that two weeks, and was largely done by students and volunteers. Something this incredible could have only happened at A&M, because the fact is A&M is the only place it happened. If you would like a taste of what Kyle Field can bring when the Aggies are winning, just watch these videos, it will give you a small idea of what it means to have a home field advantage. Again, I get it, the results on the field have not been ideal. But I defy anyone to find a more loyal and energetic fan base than Texas A&M. The future of Aggie athletics is very bright, and I love that I get to be a part of it.

Very few places could have such a long sustained level of medocrity and maintain that level of gameday experience. If the definition of insantity is to continue to do the same thing and expect different results the Ags are insane.
Honestly, I don't mean this as a backhanded compliment. No matter what you think of them, Ags are probably the best fans in the country.

To be fair A&M is still one of the top 20 programs in the history of college football. While A&M fans can definitely be loyal to a fault at times, it's not like we haven't had things to cheer for over the years.

Question for Fisch
So I have been hearing a lot of rumors lately that Derrick Griffin is a grade risk and might have to go JC because of this. I realize these are just rumors, but here is what I don't get.
What possible grade problems could he have that can't be remedied in the next year and half plus summer? It just doesn't make sense to me that his grades can be in such a terrible state that he can't make it in by next year.

I wonder the same thing. There is such a long time till he graduates that it seems he could recover any credit he's lost and he hasn't even taken the SAT yet.

When I first read this I agreed and moved on but what are you basing your top 20? What are you looking at criteria wise? This is purely informative by the way I'm not arguing......yet.

New TCU logo to be revealed 4/2. Not sure what to think...not a fan of it right now but it could grow on me. There's a debate between people who generally pretty connected whether or not it will be on the helmet. Nike has designed a slightly different arched TCU. I normally like the Frog on the helmet but if this is the new brand I'd rather just see it on the sleeves and have only the arched TCU on the helmet, much like they were at the beginning of this year. It looks too MLB Sunday, alternate logo to me. Plus, it looks like the frog dropped a dookie log and he's looking back admiring his work. This will be the new university logo going forward. Steroid Frog is on his deathbed. Attachments:

too busy. I'm not sure I could've deciphered a horned frog out of that if I hadn't already known what it was.
