Romo.
Sean Lee is becoming one of my favorite players.

Costa should be cut today. But it won't happen because we don't have another center, I don't think.
The WR's suck without Austin in there.
Defense looked impressive. Lee is looking great.
Anytime you beat a divisional opponent, its a great win.

Yeah, this offense has some serious problems on the line and Costa is a joke.
I agree about the WR's. We need more WR depth for sure. And a running game.
Defense is great. Which is way more than we could say when Phillips was here.

Actually, the year before last, Dallas had a top 5 defense.
Our defense is going to get torched on big plays throughout this year. Its a lot of smoke and mirrors and we are constantly sending pressure. When you do that, you are very susceptible to big plays.
Dallas rushed for 125 yards which is above average in the NFL. If they can keep that up, the offense will be helped tremendously.

I like the rushing numbers from last night, I just wish they were a little more consistent.
Overall I am excited about this D. I hadn't hear Abe Elam's name called once before last night's game. Which is usually a good thing when speaking of the secondary. He got beat once or twice last night but nothing big. He did bust through the line once and get a TFL on a big run play. I am very happy with him so far.
I am also quite surprised with Ball's overall play.
Not ready to give up on Costa, although what happened last night was pathetic. There are reports that Washington may have been throwing him off. Either way it can be fixed and like Fisch said, we don't have any other options.
I am more worried about the receivers. They were confused all game. Romo showed some strong leadership (IMO) all game trying to work with those guys.
I'd like to see more Laurent Robinson.

I didn't know this until last night, but random stat of the day...
The last 9 Cowboys games have been decided by 3 points or less.
I sure would have liked to see a couple of TDs last night.

Before last night's game the previous 8 were L, W, L, W, L, W, L, W. At least we broke that pattern.

That was a hard game to watch, neither team looked very good. Romo is playing pretty well, but this has to be the worst o-line I've ever seen from the Cowboys. Front seven looks great, but the secondary will get tourched when they finally face a decent quaterback.
