My dad, brother, and I went to Opening Day. We had a huge tailgate scene together with about 30 people. We had 7 spots together in Lot D. Three on one side of the trees and 4 on the other. Had a personal port-a-potty. I grilled fajitas, franks, stuffed japs, bacon wrapped japs, and other assorted meats. The great Emily Jones came and talked to us for a bit. Her and I caught up on the latest Coach Taylor coaching rumors. They filmed us for Rangers Insider. I think it premiers tomorrow...look for us, we're kind of a big thing.
We went Monday night as well. I took Kelly Saturday and Tuesday. I have a horrible life-time record in games I've actually been to. I think they may have won 4 of the 15+ games I went to last year. I'm off to a pretty good start so far. Can't wait to get my ring.

How is Emily looking? 5.5 months pregnant has treated her well.

And Sully did not argue the fact that I referred to "Sully's Cardinals." We have officially lost him.

She conceived her baby right around Rangers World Series time. That has to bump her up a little.

The bump is actually kind of cute.
I ran into Danny from the Hard Line the other night and he just mentioned it on the air. Kelly was embarrassed.

Astros finally got their first win. Here's hoping we can start a new streak and get this train rolling.
side note, im extremely sad but i had to give up my ticket for opening day tonight. Too much to do at home to get ready for a crawfish boil im doing at my casa tomorrow. I've cried 3 times about it.

First and foremost, I'm a Ranger fan.
I hope they take on the Cardinals in the world series, and beat the living S out of them.

Sully has gone the way of Thomas O. Hicks and Charles Greenberg...persona non grata.

This thing is going to start off 35-5 like the '84 Tigers.
Good gosh...the 'Stros are even worse than I thought. I expected about 75 wins...they may not see 70.
