An entire press conference would be censored. No information would be received.

I believe I would be the F-bomb dropper.
I agree with Sully somewhat, it's like the difference between listening to a Wade talk to the media as opposed to Garrett. I'm not going to say Garrett is a better coach but I sure like how he represents the Cowboys when he talks to the media.

Well a minority owner shouldn't be the voice of the franchise either. Name one other team in the MLB where you here their CEO talk? I can't name one.

Good example. Wade and Garrett are very close to Ryan and Greenberg.

Agree on the speaking comparison. But Wade and Garrett are coaches.

You could compare Jerry to Greenburg for your point Framp. Who else in the NFL has their owners speaking to the media on a regular basis besides Jerry.

Yeah I know. I'm trying to relate it to a sport that I understand. So is that the point you are trying to make? You didn't want Greenburg doing press conferences like I don't want Jerry doing them?

I'm just saying that you can't call the CEO the "voice" of the franchise on an MLB team. Even when he was here he didn't have more of a voice than Nolan.

Maybe that was the problem, from the press conference it kind of sounded like he wanted to be a bigger part than he was allowed. They got tired of him and kicked him to the curb.

I'm just saying that you can't call the CEO the "voice" of the franchise on an MLB team. Even when he was here he didn't have more of a voice than Nolan. This is correct. That is why I was wondering what Sully meant. I have heard Greenberg speak only a couple of times. I couldn't pick him out of a 2 man lineup. I agree that its painful to listen to Nolan sometimes, but what exactly does this abrasive, well groomed speaker have to do that Nolan can't do? We aren't trying to win an image contest. there are no style points. Give me the man who can lead the danged organization and leave the press releases to someone else.

I'm going to have to agree with Sully on this one. His points are flawless and really can't be argued with at all. Even trying to refute his arguments is laughable. Keep up the good work Sully.
Choke on that f_ckers.
