That 2 error play in the top of the 9th had a lot of give-up in it...

knee jerk isn't a part of being a fan. Its part of overreaction and irrational thought.
And the base running goes both ways, its won us games in the past too.
There wasn't any give up. Step back from the ledge.

I'm not on a ledge. Just see a lot of problems with this team. We'll be lucky to get in as a Wild Card.

of course we have a lot of problems. We've been hammered by injuries in the last few weeks.
yes, it'll be tough to get in as a wild card, probably tougher than winning the division.
No need to start meltdown mode just yet, though.

kneejerk = meltdown
You and Cowtown wrote the book on it.

This team is definitely struggling right now. Get Feliz back will help. I am worried about this rotation though. I also think Josh not being in the lineup is really hurting them (pretty obvious) even if he isn't producing MVP type numbers.

Rangers are in a real rough stretch right now. Sucks. But because baseball is a streaky game, we could be talking different in two weeks. I think they have around the same record right now as they had last year.
The bats that we thought were so awesome after the first week are nonexistent. I think the worst thing that could have happened was Kinsler hitting all those HRs at the start of the year. He is now back to those uppercut ways of old. Young is the only solid hitter right now and he is very solid. This team just needs to get healthy ASAP.

Rangers needed a win like that last night. This will be good for them.

Really? That was the worst win in franchise history. 13 walks and all you could muster was 4 runs in 10 innings??? The night before was ugly too. There's no way the Sox should have won that game. Ian Posada needs to be dropped down the lineup.

Exactly. They played terrible, blew a lead in the ninth, but overcame the problems and won in extra innings on the road. I think thats the kind of win that motivates and brings gives confidence to a team. A blown save by Feliz had to happen sometime. I think it was good they still managed to win.
