I don't know who you are directing that towards. Stubbs was run off the board last week and has yet to be seen since...... well besides all over Facebook. If by all over facebook you mean between 11:30 and midnight Saturday then, yes, I've been all over facebook. I'm sure y'all don't believe me but I worked until 10:30 Tuesday. I was off Wed and Thurs and I worked from 8-7 on Friday. I don't message board at home. My ass has been kicked the last week and it's not getting any easier. I have to fit 12-14 hours of work into 8 hours a day. I still maintain that 30k+ TCU fans went to Glendale.

I'll post a pic of the scratch on my truck when I fell asleep driving home Tuesday night. I hit a traffic thing...not the first time that's happened.

You sound like you have the sleep apnea. Better go get a sleep study.

Wow. I didn't think you could make any uglier uniform than those pro combat unis they wore.
I was wrong. Wow those are hideous.

Agree, pretty bad.
Also, looks like the BE just got a little bit tougher with Holgerson going to WV. Things might be a little tougher for TCU than they originally thought.

No kidding, I was really happy to see him out of the Big 12-2. Hopefully Gundy will start calling the plays again, that always worked out well for the Ags.

The last 24 hours on the TCU message boards have been abuzz with the unis. The response has been overwhelmingly against them. Oregon's were horrible as well. Their socks and cleats look almost neon green. There's a few things to note about these unis:
The unveiling at Jerry World yesterday was mainly for Nike to introduce their new line of cleats. Apparently they retract to some extent. The only obligation to what was seen yesterday is to wear the cleats. I'd rather they be black or purple. I can do without the red. The red is cool on the helmet and that's about it. The players would most likely wear black socks and purple or black wrist bands. Nike went a little crazy with the red.
They look like the Raiders. The AD sent out a message yesterday stating that there will be plenty of purple in the uni (the biggest complaint) and that the jersey contains some kind of flaps that can be turned over to show purple. I have no idea what that means but it appears that what they actually wear will be a little different than what was revealed yesterday. Nike wanted the undershirt to have red sleeves and for more red on the pants but GP and the powers that be put a stop to that. This, or something like it, was the compromise. My fear is that TCU will start whoring themselves out like Oregon but not reap the benefits of a Phil Knight slush fund. The players and recruits apparently love them and that's all that matters.
No word on the helmet yet. It will probably be the one they wore last year against Utah and BSU with the arched TCU. I'd like to see a frog with a rose in its teeth.

The thing about Oregon (to me, and probably to me only) is that I usually always like their helmet cause I did the "O". And if it weren't for the wings or feathers or whatever it is that is on their shoulders I would like at least half of their jerseys probably. The white ones they are wearing for the NC would be alright if they didnt have the wings..... or the stupid neon green socks Nike threw in there.
