Utah blocked a punt at the 10 in the 4th that set up the go-ahead TD. Utah was down by 17 at one point. SDSU's QB threw for 528 yards and Utah's Jordan Winn set a career high in passing yards. It was a pretty good game.

LSU has a great chance to win out. Not saying its a sure thing, but they SHOULD beat Arkansas. I think you're wrong.

Let me say that I loathe the Auburn Tiger/War Eagle/Plainsmen but I will be pulling for them in the SEC championship game and I ask all you good Americans to join me.
It would be a crime for a team that has beaten 4 top 25 teams and who's 2 losses only came to teams that have been ranked #1 in the nation to not be invited to a BCS bowl.

I could almost ride that bandwagon...almost. Not like I have any other teams to root for

I think Ark would still have a good shot at a BCS bowl even if AU loses
TCU/Oregon NCG UConn/OU Fiesta Wisc/Stanford Rose tOSU/AU Sugar VT/Ark Orange
Stanford adds nothing to the Rose and they choose before the Orange so they may take Piggy and in that case Ok St would probably go to the Orange.

I bet if AU loses they will still make it to the national championship. Cause thats the way the BCS go. I've just heard some people mention that that is a possibility.

It will be interesting to see what happens. A few things of note in that regard:
1. TCU is closer to 2 than they are 4 in the polls and computers. 2. Many voters are very adamant about not putting a team in the NCG that didn't win their conference. It has happened a few times and voters have soured on that happening again.
It will be very interesting to see how it plays out. Many voters have TCU at #2 but I don't know how they have the other two ranked.

I think TCU would get in, but it isn't a sure thing. They were saying on tv the other night that a lot of the voters still would put Auburn in.
It would have been a lot worse/scarier for TCU if LSU would've won. They would be the ones that might sneak up and take the #2 slot if they were a one loss team. But Mikes hogs took care of that problem.

Yeah, our only threat was LSU, but then again, I don't think voters would have allowed LSU to jump TCU and Auburn w/o winning their conference.
No, what you heard was Rod Gilmore saying that he's been calling coaches and voters actively lobbying for TCU to NOT be put in the game and for them to be voted lower than third. The BCS selection show was a dogpile and it was one of the most sickening thing I've ever seen. If Chris Fowler had been in studio I'm sure it would have come to blows. I'm sure that not that they're in an ESPN conference (i.e. AQ) they'll be licking TCU's nuts. TCU was forced to play the game but that doesn't mean they won't be vocal in their hatred and distrust for ESPN.

I'm not talking about Rod Gilmore.
That guy is an idiot. I don't know what you are talking about when he was lobbying for TCU to not be there.
I thought he was all over Boise the other night, though.

If SC wins, they get the Sugar as SEC champs. We want Ohio State and the Sugar.

If AU loses a close game, they will still be playing in the NC game. A 1 loss SEC team trumps an undefeated TCU anyday.
