hahaha, yup.
Have the Padres ever been to the playoffs? Expos/Nationals?

The Padres went the the WS and lost to the Yankees last decade. They also lost to the Cubbies in the '84 NLCS. Gary Templeton and Tony Gwynn had Gerry-fros.
The Expos went to the playoffs in the strike-shortened year of 1981. Rick Monday broke the hearts of the Montreal faithful with a 9th inning homerun in game 5 (they played 5 game series then). My dad used to tell me the story.
The Spos also had the best record in baseball in '94 when the strike hit.

same franchise.
The Rangers are the worst franchise in pro baseball, that settles it.
Now, where do they rank with the worst franchises in all of sports?

One of the worst. They have the fewest playoff wins/games in league history. Even the Tampax Bay Double A's have played more games.

yeah, its quite embarrassing when you think about it.
Worst MLB franchise, and a top 5 worst franchise in all of sports. That sucks.

Well if we are going with the same franchise then what have the Washington Senators done?

Even if you don't count the same franchise, you have to give the Nationals the new team pass.

wait why do they get a new team pass, they are the expos. Just like the Rangers were the Senators and that should be counted.
