I'm assuming it would anyway. Broadcasting seems to be the most forgiving job out there when it comes to guys like this. They have to die before they lose their job. There comes a time when you just need to cut ties.

I think what makes baseball hard is that its so slow. You have to have TONS of filler. That is right down Dave's alley because you can spend the down time trying to figure out what he meant.

I forgot the dude's name but the color guy for tu is pretty solid. I couldn't find the Ags radio network for the game and stumbled upon theirs and stuck with it cause I could follow a lot easier.

I agree, both basketball and football are pretty fast paced which makes it hard to follow if the commentator is screaming at the top of his lungs yelling out gibberish. One thing that Dave does that pisses me off to no end is when it is a running play and he says "and the Ags put the ball on the ground...and Cyrus Gray picks up 4 yards." To me putting the ball on the ground is a fumble, but to Dave it implies a running play, drives me crazy.

I sat 10 feet from Dave last night at the TCU/A&M game.

We were giving a play-by-play through Dave's maroon-colored glasses.

It was 6-1 going into the 9th when we left. I assume that was the final score. It was a sellout and announced as the largest crowd in Lupton Stadium history but I don't see how. The last time A&M played here in '08 it was packed nut to butt. There were plenty of seats open last night. Maybe most people were chilling on the hill with no view of home plate...

6-1 was the final. And now the Ags get the to play the best team in the Big 12 this weekend. The future looks pretty bad for Aggie baseball.
