Yeah I'd like to try to beat my time from last year but the course is different and there is a big hill this time. Last year I just got behind some hot girls to look at their behind which in turn kept me from getting too far behind. Solid plan right there Actually I think I respect that more than actually training for the thing. Rather than waste all kinds of time training you found something to keep you motivated during the race. You were able to improve your time with out having to waste a bunch of time training. Well done sir, you are truly someone for young men to look up to.

Ran the Luke's Locker Spring Classic 10K this morning. Start time was 8:30, which was a lot better than starting the damn thing at 7 in the AM. It got up to 80 by the finish and was pretty damn humid and windy. I ran it in 51:12, six seconds slower than my last race. Either way, the turnout wasn't that great (250-300 runners in the 5K and 10K combined). I got first in my age group 25-29. I don't think there were many in the group, but F em. I won. Got 32nd overall. Tyler wasn't there for this one, so no action pics. They gave me a 'sweet' running hat for the win...

Nice win Sully, I raced myself this morning and barely won so I bought myself a hat too.
Speaking of running, me and John are almost a week away from the Warrior Dash and things are looking good. In fact, I'm going to post all the training I've been doing. It might take a couple posts so get ready..................

Ran a 5K in April in 24.50 and a 10K on Memorial Day for my May run in 53.38. I'm getting slower and haven't been running as much. Half Marathon is this Sunday. I may or may not do it, depending how a run today and tomorrow go. We'll see.

I knew you looked thinner on that pic I commented on over there on facebook. Good job Craigery! I've lost 3 inches in my waist, weigh about the same and gained an inch in my bicep....cause we all know if you have small biceps you have small dicks......right.

bswarms.com/swarms/enroll?sid=18Sully what do you think? You want to run this with me it's for a good cause? How about you Fischer, or anyone else? I guess this guy who's 28 (my age) with two kids somehow had a bad accident and ended up being a triple amputee. That is hard for me to swallow and I can't imagine it. Also, if you wear a pair of boots in the race you'll be qualified to win a free pair of boots from Justin. Who's with me?

We're due the next day. Doubt I can do it. Hell, I haven't been able to do much of anything for the last six weeks or so, because 'the baby could get here anytime'...
Now, here we sit, 12 days from the due date and still no baby. This waiting is driving me nuts.

If you guys are under the impression that she will start having contractions and the baby will be out in 30 mins then you are gravely mistaken. It will be a long process at the hospital, you'll have time to get everything together. I've known one person who's had a super fast labor and that still took 1 1/2 hours. Ashley was induced, which makes the baby come as quickly as possible and it still took 4 hours, which is fast.
It's only in the movies where you feel something and then the baby is born in the taxi. You guys should go about your normal day routines and not stress about it, trust you can stress later.
What has the doctor told you? Your Doctor should be able to tell you exactly what is going on. They can tell you how far along the baby is. Has Tyler been to the Doctor lately?
