Ideally, I would be 175. I just need to rearrange some of my weight. This is exactly what I need to do. I tell people I'm out of shape and they look at me and laugh cause I look skinny. Little do they know I'm just wearing bigger shirts to hide the small animal in my belly.

Send me that pamphlet if that's what you are following. Do you have my email? I need to figure out what to eat, that has got to change before I see any results.

Ran the Cowtown 10K Saturday and it was a lot of fun. The race started at 7 AM, which seems pretty early to me. We had to leave the house at 5:30 to make sure we got there in time, but it all worked out. I don't know what happened, but I really kicked the Cowtown's ass. Official time: 51:06 for the 10K. I've never run it that fast. I've fun 5-6 miles several times over the past few weeks, and I thought I'd be doing good to break 55 mins. I think I latched on to a couple of guys that kept me pushing, and it paid off. The course was good, as was the weather. I ended up 66th out of 234 men 25-29. 388th out of close to 4500 entries. It was a good race for me. Tons of people. Even ran into Mrs. Fischer and her sister after they ran their 5K.

the 2nd picture looks fun. The first one not so much.
That is a good time, btw. I don't think I could do that.

The second pic was fun. The first...yeah, not so much. In fact, the last half mile was pretty tough. I did have enough to pick it up at the end though.
I'm impressed with my time. I thought I wouldn't do as well, since my 5K time last month was a little slower. I've been running outside for the last month, so that must have had something to do with it.

Yes I can do the 2nd pic and highly doubt I could do the 1st. I don't think I could break an hour to be honest. I've never been good at anything over 1/4 mile plus I'm the most out of shape I've been in my life.

It's a LOT of fun. Last year you got free beer after running the thing. Yes it was hard as crap and this year looks harder. I ran it in 31 something but there is just no training for it. Yeah run all you want around the track, the problem is you need to completely cover yourself in mud and water then run. Shoes weigh an extra pound or so........not very easy.

Actually the best part is all the groups of people who come dressed up. You have smurfs, guys in full business suits, 70's outfits.......oh and tons of hot girls wearing "not much".......and that "not much" gets drenched.

Yeah I'd like to try to beat my time from last year but the course is different and there is a big hill this time. Last year I just got behind some hot girls to look at their behind which in turn kept me from getting too far behind.
