We got deposits down on a lease. It's 1800 acres and has a small house on it. Year-round. Mills County.
You'll all have to come out and see it sometime.

Went by the place yesterday for a couple hours and it's got some promise. Looks good. Saw 8 deer in the heat of the day, 2 of them had just dropped fawns. This weekend is gonna be epic. I'm starting a new lease thread, since this one was about finding the place. Now that we have keys, we'll have a lease happenings thread.

I will for sure come out to see it sometime. I call a resounding BS on this. I can't even get you to go out in Denton for an hour or two, much less drive 2 and a half for a weekend. But, you are always welcome buddy! |
