We need to get a plan going on how we are going to make this lease happen. I think we still have a few weeks before things start opening up but let's get started on this soon.
There are some websites that you can put a listing on put you have to pay. Do we want to try this or wait and see how things go? Craigslist is always there but a little bit of a gamble. We can put want ads in some local newspapers in the areas we are looking but this also will cost a little bit. Those are about the only places I know to look right now.

I've also got plenty of time on my hands right now so I'm more than hppy to do the work, I just want a good idea on what everyone wants to do.

I think subscribing to lease hunter or texas lease connection is a good idea for starters.

Six months for $30 bucks on TLC. Not bad at all. Let me know what y'all want me to do.

Hold on for a day. I'll post on the THF and TxAgs outdoors to see which one is the better site.

I posted messages on both forums.
They are both slim pickins right now, as the season is almost over. I should have asked at the beginning of December when those boards were rockin.

I'm watching the one on Texags, thinking about calling the Groesbeck CofC tomorrow. That area seems like it would be the best for all parties.

Cleburn wouldn't be too bad. Very close to y'all and about 2.5 for me.

I wonder how the deer are.
I am trying to get the info PMed to me. 400 acres is good. $1000 a gun would be nice, too. I don't know if I can pay it all at once, but at least we would get a decent idea of what is offered at that price range.

I PMed that guy earlier today and nothing.
I've never heard anything good about deer in that area, but I'm sure they are there.
