Talked to Ryan and he said to wait on the online pay sites. Said to use those as a lost resort. Also talked to the lady outside of Cleburn. Sounds like a good deal other than there are cattle on the place and not electric/water hookups. Fischer and I also looked at google maps and there doesn't seem to be many trees on the place. But she said they do have to patches of oats and two stock tanks. A good start but I think we can find something better.

Posted an add on Craigslist for Waco and surrounding areas. Doubt we will get anything but it is worth a shot.

this is definitely worth a look.
its a little bit expensive, but we wouldn't have to pay for a place to stay.
not a bad location, either.
I wonder what the deer are like out there.

This place is going for a little more than $5.20 an acre. That isn't bad.
