There is not much to elaborate on but I will give it my best shot.
Stubbs said he was leaning to one being more believable than the other.
I made the assumption that he was leaning toward you being more believable because he is gay and likes to sell out his fellow man in petty arguments like this.
I then made the joke that he should turn in his man card for siding with a woman.
Not sure why that was so difficult to understand.
