Well, it was me, General MacArthur, Juan Williams of NPR, Roger Pavlik, and Paul Orndorf...we were all sitting around, smokin' cigars, slammin' scotch, and playing Texas Hold 'Em. We got to talkin' about how bad music had gotten lately and decided we should seek to resurrect music ourselves. We got threw out a bunch of names over the course of 6 months or so. Finally, TC Chen (we had let him into our group by then) said he ran into a feller at Subway that sang while making his Cold Cut Trio. He said his name was Lodney Palkel. We thought it was a queer-sounding name but thought we'd give him a chance as all we'd come up with were Brandon Rider, Ray Wylie Hubbard, and Rick Astley-all of whom we deemed to be talentless hacks. So the kid came in and we grilled him for a while. The first thing we noticed was TC's deficiencies with the Engrish ranguage. Then the kid started to sing and it was like the beginning of the Simpsons. Gen. MacArthur, or Doogie as we called him, said that he often heard what he thought were angels signing while dangerously transversing the South Pacific in Dubya Dubya Two and this kid had the same sound. So we had the kid sing some old tyme gospel like Old Rugged Cross, What a Friend We Have in Jesus, Onward Christian Soldiers, Angels Meet Me at the Crossroads, and a few others. Doogie was in tears but the third verse of Rock of Ages and rededicated his life. Juan Williams did an altar call and Paul and myself came forward. So we gave the kid our blessings and told him to go forth and make fans of all the nations.
And now you know...the rest of the story...

Whatever. You have an interesting story and have probably been to more Peso shows than anyone. Spill the story.
