I think about 30 minutes of 8 Count Body Builders is in order. Is there a time limit on how long you can smoke em' ? We used to do Mountain Climbers until we puked. It's good for your core though..

There isn't really a time limit, but if organizers/parents see kids on the sideline puking we would probably get yelled at.
