Are you allowed to call them little girls? You know like this "Come one you pansy ass little girls, let's get moving" We had a linebacker coach that was All American back in the early 60's. He didn't play no games. He would say things like that to us all the time, and we loved him for it. That kind of stuff motivated us to train harder.

Pretty much no on all fronts. Most of these kids have never played football before so we have to be a little nicer than I would like to be. I did introduce them to the wonderful world of up-downs yesterday which definitely got their attention.

Even w/o pads and being your own whistle it still kicks my ass.

Slim down. Sometimes I do squat thrusts instead but it's not any easier.

Take the easy road bro... Just do about 45 mins of cardio. You don't have to do all those squat thrusts or up/downs... Keeping your heart rate elevated for 45 mins a day is all you need. Yeah, I don't do too many of them. They only show up about three times every 3 weeks. I just do 2 sets of 15 but at the end of a workout it's pretty touch.
