It was a great game. We played well.

Check out this quote from the great Coach Glen West:
“We felt like going in that we had to double cover one side and single cover the other and we were able to do that,” West said. “I could tell in practice this week that we were better at being able to cover - I could see that was something we were better at.”
Who coaches those D-backs??

I'll take bears on that. Cubs are cute. Bears are ferocious. Matt-0 "Give me the Cubs. Webb is 0-3 against Brenham. " Mike-1

Cowtown is the only one I send a text to anymore...sorry man I forgot. Stubbs made gay remarks about it and no one else seemed to care when I did it. It was a failed bit. No problem, Coach. What other type of remark would you expect from Stubbs anyway? Keep the text coming!

will do.
We have a HUGE game this week. Waller is our main rival and are 3-0 in district. They come to our place. We need the W really bad.

Stubbs gets a smite for betting against us. You can't bet on high school...legally...

Keep Eddie Brown out of the backfield tonight. And preach on the defensive assignments for those option reads. Looks like the Cubs got a tough task tonight to stop Waller's 47 point per game offense. Good luck to the Cubs.

I didn't.
It looks like ole Sully read the Brenham Banner Press. Nice work Sully.
We need to make sure we don't blow assignments...that is KEY. They will absolutely kill you if you mess one up.

Run the hook and ladder end around option reverse, on two.

TCU actually did something like that last night and it worked. Had the receiver put any kind of zip on the ball Dalton would have run it in for 6.

That was Dalton's one high point. The 20 yard reception. Good thing he wasn't throwing it to himself, or it would have got picked off with the rest of them.
The Brenham Banner Press is a fine newspaper.
