we have to pursue the football and wrap up and hold on.
Seriously, he is like a fullback who can throw. He is the best player in our district for sure. We have quite a task.

Good point, Coach Fish.
Looking at the stats, I am going to say the key to the game is for Brenham to minimize turnovers and play ball control offense. Not even Webb can score if he can't get the ball. Minimize his number of touches.
Hopefully Coach West used the bye week to put in some new wrinkles on defense. Go Cubs!

Congratulations to the Brenham Cubs on their 28-24 victory over Montgomery. Cubs came from 10 behind in the fourth quarter to win it. An interception with 1:15 left in the game by one of Coach Fischers DB's sealed the contest.
Anybody get a text on this last night?

Stubbs made gay remarks about it and no one else seemed to care when I did it. It was a failed bit.
