Well, I am definitely going to enter some of these next year. I never knew this existed.
There has to be a catch (other than not getting drawn).

No catch. Just send the money and wait for a letter in the mail. All you have to have is your Hunters Ed Cert, and Hunting Liscense.. That's it.. Oh.. You've got to wear Hunters Orange while moving around on the Refuge.

You can only submit once for a drawing on each Unit. There are hundreds of Units to submit entry to. Good Luck.
