I am seeing rumors on the internets that Butch Davis will be your next football coach if/when Fran gets the axe.
LEAVE HIM ALONE! I want him to be the next coach at Arkansas, when we fire that fraud Houston Nutt.

Butch Davis is an excellent college football coach. Maybe Coker will give it up and Butch will go back to the U. Although, I did see where Coker suspended 4 players for 9-4 against FSU. I applaud this move. Tom Osborne never had the nut sack to do anything like that.

I can't see Davis going back to Florida. I think he is at a point where he wants to stay in this area. He is an Arkansas alum and has family still in Northwest Arkansas. He still has major ties here in Texas from his days with the Cowboys.
One thing about it: if it comes down to a bidding war between Arkansas and aTm; Davis will be looking at some major $$$'s. Both schools have alumni with some very deep pockets.

Well it's gonna be another 2-3 years before fran gets the axe so I wouldn't worry too much.
