Agreed. Can't hockey tie though? In the regular season? Maybe I'm crazy. If it can, Baron is still right because hockey is not american. Not anymore w/ the new shootout rule. Hockey has lost some gayness b/c of that. I have yet another reason to hate soccer. The WC means that for one month every 4 years I will get the shittiest service at a Mexican restraunt. Apparently Alemania was playing Argentina and all the servers and busboys decided to take a freakin' break during the shootout and my damn glass of water stood empty for 15 minutes. We never got more chips and salsa and the little fagboy waiter never walked by once. I left 43 cents on my $7.57 bill. Its not quite a quarter tip on my $10 bill but w/ inflation and all, it evens out. BTW Harvey and Finch, Kelly does not have a myspace b/c she is archaic and living in the stone age. She has a Zach Morris phone and is in love w/ old-school Tetris. I don't mind too much...anything to shut her up... |

so baron thinks football is gay... and for that he is almost as gay as "the gayest" . one other thing not gay about soccer- no commercial breaks except during halftime, just two 45 minute 1/2's

well... in the first round of world cup you aren't really playing against other teams to win. so it's not really a tie. you are playing to get the most points in your category. so while it may seem like there are ties, that's not really what's going on. it's a different type of scoring system.

also bad ass:
if anyone watched the final game then they witnessed zinedine zidane (who is considered by many to be one of the greatest players ever, also won the trophy this year for best player in the world cup) dish out a seroiusly chingon headbutt to the chest of marco materazzi whipping his ass to the ground, getting himself expelled from the game, and possibly costing his team the cup. all the newspapers here have written little on the event except that zidane apparently went crazy at that specific moment, headbutted the guy, walked off the field, and quit soccer forever. fuck!

well I liked that he quit soccer forever and went crazy. But if you're going to get ejected anyway, and quit soccer forever, might as well punch the dude in the teeth. Maybe it's a soccer thing, so afraid to use their hands. Anyway, his actions were pretty badass. I don't think the head-butt was quite as powerful as it looked, though. Like all soccer fags, that guy totally took a dive. Big time.

well, i did a little more research on this guy and apparently he came out of retirement to play for the world cup... but get this: the reason he retired the first time was because he went crazy in the middle of a game and headbutted a different guy, walked off the field, and quit soccer (for the first time)! to me, there is only one way this world cup finals game could have gone for zidane and it played out perfectly... headbutt number 2 and back into retirement.

yeah, if he has a history of losing his mind and head-butting people then there could have been no better way for him to leave this time. I want to do that to Brooks during one of our shows and quit playing music forever.

Just because you headbutt someone, that doesn't mean you are crazy. I was thinking that maybe going around headbutting people is what makes you crazy. I mean everytime you take a blow to your head you lose brain cells.
