And for Stubbs and Harvey, you are both gay. First off, I don't where this thousands of dollars thing comes in b/c for me hunting is cheaper than fishing. Second, it ain't 15 seconds of adrenaline; it's about 2 hours of your heart pumping in your throat because you have to be completely quiet so as not to scare off a badass buck like sully's. I could go on for days but I just realized there is no convincing a gay from Florida and a guy with arms too short to hold a rifle how badass hunting is so I will end it at that.

harvey, it is sad that you don't like hunting. but stubbs, you don't like to fish or hunt?
not liking to hunt OR fish = man card revoked. and no using family members who hunt or fish to plead your case for your man card back.

Thousands of dollars? I'm with Finch. I too, hunt for free. It costs me about 75 bucks for a hunting/fishing license, ammo, and maybe even some other gear. And the getting up early and sitting doesn't bother me at all. What's wrong with you guys?

And Finch - Maybe the buck is young, but hell, I haven't seen anything like that in a while. If I get a chance, I'll probably get that buck fever that I'll shoot. Hey, maybe I'll miss and he'll live to see another day. Or, maybe the big boy will come out right behind him.

Yeah, that buck is a slump-buster.
The 1000s of dollars thing:
My dad bought 2 ATVs. A 20ft thrailer to haul them and everything else. I don't know how much the lease costs but its on about 500 acres...I don't know if that means anything. He seems to get a new gun every year and buys my brother one as well (I never got one...my biological never botha'ed). He bought a camper/trailer thing w/ running water and all. He set up some kind of rigging for lektricity. He has about 6 or 7 blinds on the lease. Several deer feeders. The fencing to suround the feeders to keep the coyotes, bobcats, and turkeys out. The lease is about 2 hrs from where he lives and he goes every weekend. He drives a Ford crew cab diesel that gets about 12 MPG normally and about 9 when he hauls all that shit. So it all adds up. He's not fortunate like some of you to just go out the back door.

Hunting deer is gay, and you can't pull the Florida thing on me either because there are alots of deer w/ bullets chasing them around the state of FL. I just think it is about the most boring thing i could ever do.

Point well taken.
Or you can just go work for a contractor in Era up in Cooke County and you can be driving home after a 12 hr day making $7 an hour and plow into a doe and her fawn when rounding a curve...
