They are obviously starting the Suck for Barkley campaign. I think they should just try to get Tebow so at least they'll be in the news and maybe half of their home games won't be blacked out. I finally convinced my brother last night that they are the most dysfunctional organization in the league right now.

The team down the highway from you might have something to say about that.

They'll draft Tannehill if he's still available at no. 8

It's crazy to me that he will be a top 10 pick. I hope he works out.

It is crazy. He didn't exactly tear it up this year. But he is pretty high on everyone's boards.
I guess its his upside.
Great athlete good leader strong arm, can make any throw smart good size and strength
He's also getting a bit of a pass because a crap ton of his incompletions were drops.

The team down the highway from you might have something to say about that. At least Jerry can put a very average product on the field. Miami can't even do that. I don't think there's any way they take Tannehill at 8. If they do take him they'll drop down to +20.

That may be the case, but most people have Tannehill gone BEFORE the 8th pick, not after.

Wow. Before the 8th pick? Tannehill? Played QB for the Aggies? Tannehill?

Yeah, I'm just saying that's the only way I think they'll take him. I think he'll fall to the middle of the round just because there's not a huge need at QB right now, especially in the first round, but I don't think he'll still be around at 20 or so. Most teams building for the future took their QB in the last two years.
On a similar note, have Cle and Jax pretty much given up on McCoy and Gabbert?

No, Coach. It only proves to me the incredible job done by the great Bobby Petrino who was saddled with a scrub like Ryan Mallett. How Arkansas managed two wins over the great Ryan Tannehill is beyond my comprehension.

Just one. He wasn't the QB until this year. He also didn't give up 500 yards passing. He did carve that vaunted SEC secondary up pretty good, though.
I think it proves that people are far more willing to take a risk on a QB who doesn't have major character flaws. His upside is pretty big, though.

He actually came in for the pre-season Heismon candidate Big 12 offensive player of the year in the Ark/A&M game. I believe JJ was decimated at halftime.
Our secondary was hardly "vaunted". It will be this season.

I just talked to Tevin yesterday...two corners on campus. Both are studs, but they'll be very very thin.
Tannehill didn't come into the game for any meaningful minutes at QB until Kansas in 2009.
This wasn't about Jerrod Johnson. Its about Tannehill. He was pretty danged successful against Arkansas.

If he is counting Darrius Winston as one of the studs, we are in trouble. Thank God, for Tyler Wilson, Knile Davis and Cobi Hamilton.
