He was a member at DCC. Good dude. Tipped well. A little weird.

Well, after getting a ton taken out in taxes, we decided to use the bonus to refinance the house. I'm going from a 30 yr to a 15 yr at 3.25%. Taking the entire bonus, less about 3-4K to closing. The rest went to new tools, yard and Tyler's car.

Sound decision. This is how you became Sully. I would have blown it all on fireworks and lotto tickets.

The good news is our payments are only increasing by about $20.

Wow! You can just light one of your Cuban cigars with a match instead of the $20 bill you usually use and you've got increase covered!

What fortune? My goal is to keep it all spent til I'm gone. What good is money if you haven't enjoyed it?

I cannot think of a more hypocritical statement coming from you.
You are as tight as they come. You don't spend anything. Which is really a good thing, and a smart thing.

I have recently gone on a health binge where I watch the calories I eat every day. I keep track of them via an App on my phone. I have also been using an App to keep me on a running plan. I have lost about 14-15 pound in a little over a month. Weighed in at 170.6 this morning, my lowest since I played center field for the Broncos of DHS. Watching calories and eating healthy to lose weight is so much easier than I ever gave it credit for.
