If I was going to pick places I love playing, I'd say Granada, Blue Light, Golden Light, House of Blues, Andy's, Dan's, and any festival in the state of Texas.

I pick Dan's over Andy's in Denton. Andy's shows are a blast, and cheap, but Dan's is just so so solid.
Granada is good. I like the Golden Light too.
