Just curious to who have been bands that have been really cool that you have played with and band that may have been somewhat of blowhards (if you can say). Just curious of band who aren't totally full of themselves yet. I also feel this board needs a major pick up and appearances from RP always help. Good day.

One of my favorite things about this genre of music is that almost everyone is extremely nice. The fans, club owners, managers, promoters, etc, but especially the bands. Of course you hear some stories about some guys maybe having a bad day, but I personally have never really encountered that. The ones that are especially cool are probably the ones you play with the most. So for us - thrift store cowboys, wade bowen, turnpike troubadours, cory morrow, whiskey myers and sean mcconnell stick out as some of the nicer guys. But like I said we play with them a lot more than other bands. I'd be willing to bet the same could be said for 99.9% of the guys doing this.

Jason Terry. He has a bit going where during each pregame interview he states how threatening each the team is that they are playing and how great certain players are. Doesn't matter if its the Raptors, Wizards, or Bucks. I don't buy it. I do buy Rodney's explanation though. Who wouldn't get along with the Pesos? If they can deal with us they can deal with just about anybody.

New question. What are the best venues to play a show and watch a show?
Talking about full experience here, beers, prices, sound, feel, crowd. Full package.
