OTL had a segment on it several years ago too.
TCU has kind of started the same thing but instead of FedExing the flag to someone, some idiots have just driven to the site. One guy drove from FTW to Columbia, MO last week. Another drove from San Diego to Oregon. A few weeks ago there were two flags. It would be kind of cool if about 30 schools started doing that.
