That was a great article, but I agree with everything Fischer has said. The decision makers at A&M are content with being in tu's shadow so long as they throw them a bone every now and then. This is just another example of how dirty Texas politics are and that tu controls the majority of the state.
Going to the SEC is the only hope for A&M to stay relevant in college football, but I don't see it happening unless tu decides they want to independent, which is not going to happen as long as they can keep the Big 12-2 on life support.

McShay was raving about him the other day. Norm was talking about him when I got in the truck earlier. I was only driving down to the fieldhouse, though so I didn't hear much.

He's definitely impressing the right people at the right time of year. I've also read that most coaches think he is athletic enough to play in the 3-4 or the 4-3, which would greatly improve his chances of a high draft pick.
I just hope he goes to a well run franchise and not a team like the Bengals or the Raiders.
