I thought they had that one gents. But hey, a man that ain't makin' mistakes, is a man that ain't doing nothing. His yards were off the hook, but the 4 picks he tossed was no bueno.
I played a little QB before, and from what I was taught, he made a few big mistakes. He's gets in too big of a hurry. I saw several opportune times to tuck and run, throw a shorter route, and just take the loss. But he didn't. And trying to force a ball will get you screwed and tatooed 90% of the time. Now he did have his moments where he fired the laser dead on, I'll give him that. But IMO, he makes bad choices too often.
You know there was some sexin' goin on in Stillwater lastnight after that win. The place went nuts.

Turnovers are the number one killer in football.
When you win the turnover battle, your team wins 96% of the time. You can't even beat a bad team turning the ball over 6 times.
This better get fixed or its going to be a long year.
Like I've said before, The Ags just refuse to be good. They can't let themselves get over the hump.

I didn't realize Jerrod Johnson had every QB record at Texas A&M, or at least that's what one announcer said, how long has he been starting? Have the aggies not had a stellar 4-year starter in their history or has Johnson been doing that good and I haven't noticed.
Don't get me wrong I know how talented he is I just didn't know he was putting up monster stats.

He is starting for his 2nd full year.
The Aggies used to be a power running team, just like everyone in the country.
All these records are being broken because of the spread offense, lack of defense, more games (12 game regular season, good teams go to conference championship games), and in general more of an emphasis on the passing game.

I still am frustrated about that finish.

I'm just tired of watching a team that does everything they can to shoot themselves in the foot. That was just a frustrating game to watch.

I hate Aggie football. I am happier when they don't play. They always ruin my weekend.
I am in a foul mood today because of that game.

I see, for some reason I just figured there was a guy who would have started 3 or 4 years for the ags who might have had some big stats. I'm assuming in this case that Johnson's records will be broken as long as the spread is around.

I think all these records will continue to be broken until the paradigm in football shifts back to a power game instead of a finesse game.
I hope that is sooner rather than later.

I think it may be sooner than later, I mean look at Alabama, hell the SEC is commonly referred to as the best conference in football and most of those teams run it.......right?

Last night was the same bonehead play that Favre made last year against the Saints. I know he had 3 ints before that but you just can't make that throw at that point in the game. Check down or throw it away or scramble, something. I mean play for overtime if you can't score then, run the clock so OK ST doesn't have a chance to end it in regulation.
I know it's not as easy as it sounds but man that sh-t frustrates me. I mean I always play it safe on NCAA so that makes me an expert Pow!

I was watching that 1st quarter thinking. Shit, this thing could get way outta control. I thought my 4 TD claim was gonna be low. Then, JJ started doing hoodrat stuff. It's fun to do bad things...
