Tap the brakes there, KL. You've only had one week of success.
We've been sucking at this for years (some of us).
Oh, and there really isn't a strategy. Its football. The only strategy there is, is to pick more winners at higher confidence points than the other people do. KL did that with alarming success last week. If she keeps that up, she wins.

If KL keeps that up she will not only win but dominate.

Like I said, I don't care if you go 20-0 for the rest of the year, there isn't a real strategy. If there was, they wouldn't play the games. Its sports.
You may have a method that has proved successful, but the reality of the matter is that you have made some great picks. That's a great strategy...win.

Everyone can still have a strategy. That doesn't mean its gonna work.

yeah, I guess.
I am saying that there is NO strategy that accurately picks college football games. They've been trying for years.

Last year, I tried a couple of strategies when I was out of it.
Picked all favorites one week. Fail. Picked all underdogs one week. Fail. I considered going fav/und/fav/und down the list but decided against it.
Every time I tried to make a move, and put high confidence on games I knew everyone else would put low confidence on, I made the wrong pick.
What's your strategery this week KL?

Its simple. pick who i think is going to win... then go with the exact opposite, unless its a small spread. clearly not a superior strategy, but one thats done well for me.
i love how yall can argue about anything. makes times around here interesting and highly entertaining.

Well my strategy is somewhat of a wild one but I try to pick winners and then after that I put the most confidence points in the games I'm most confident about. The problem with this strategy is like John said, there is no rhyme or reason why UCLA pounds Texas, so I just pray you guys suck more than I do.

KL, that is greatness.
Maybe more of us should do that.
