What an F-tard he is. How does he keep a job he's not fit for in the first place? He's on with Norm now putting some dog shit spin on the whole BXII/BX thing. Norm asked him why there were other conferences ready to pick off the leftovers had the 6 left for the Pac-10 and he said "well, we're the youngest conference in the country so people saw us as vulnerable."
