I was doing a little research before my FF draft and I had to read these first three paragraphs to get to his first point (The last line). Thats what I am talking about.
"Idly strolling down the main boulevard of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, a tourist is stopped by something he sees in the outermost reaches of his peripheral vision. It has been a long week on the Kamchatka Peninsula. He has gone paragliding and walked around the central port, gawking at snow-capped volcanoes that lean in around the city like leering aunts. He has lost more rubles than he cares to remember at the casino. And now, unbelievably, he sees in the window of a local grocery store a single packet of Doritos. And he hears angels weep.
Under normal circumstances, Doritos don't excite him. But today, this week, the tourist fairly loses his mind. He sprints into the store, pays the equivalent of $20 for the snack-sized bag and feels drool gathering at the corners of his mouth. You see, after seven days of jellied sardines and pelmeni that sit in your stomach like rocks, licking some good ol' American nacho cheese dust direct from an empty bag sounds so good, he can barely stand it.
I'm fairly certain they don't play fantasy football in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. But even in the world's second-largest city inaccessible by car (look it up!), relative values are in very much in play. Sometimes the worst-tasting Dorito is still manna from heaven. And sometimes the best-tasting jellied sardine is the best you can do.
Which brings me to this question: Why does conventional wisdom tell you to load up on running backs and wide receivers early in your fantasy draft?"

Oh, and you pretty much just said you hate the print version of the radio station you are obsessed with. You ever taken a look at his radio ratings? Makes the Fan look like the last episode of M*A*S*H. Sully, the TCU bashing is not why I hate him. He's the biggest TU homer ever. All Ags should hate him before one Frog fan even possesses an ounce of hatred.

correct Framp.
Stubbs, you aren't quite getting the point. It doesn't matter whether or not you like him or who he likes or dislikes. The fact of the matter is that what he was saying in that particular article is true.

I don't believe in that strategy at all anymore based on the fact that it's hard to find a RB who gets more than 15 carries every game. 5 years ago you could load up on RB's because they would guarantee big points week in and week out. I love taking the outstanding WR or QB in the first couple rounds if the only thing left is so-so backs.

Geez...check out some of these unis? nikeprocombat2010.nikemedia.com/downloads.html#tcuTCU's will be similar to last years. The numbers will have the lizard skin and the jerseys will be more black than purple. Also, the TCU on the helmet will be black. The Boise and VT game will be unbearable. I'm not sure if OSU will wear those Saturday...I haven't heard anything. Word is that Nike has designed a camo uni for both TCU to wear at Utar in November. Under Amor is apparently doing the same for Utar. That should be interesting...

TCU's jersey: store.nike.com/us/en_us/#l=shop,pdp,ctr-inline/cid-1/pid-368925 Florida's and 'Bama's probably look the best. Miami's would be the worst if not for OSU.

Yea, the only thing I liked about the unis were the type of Black on VTs helmet. Not shiney, I think Oregons helmets have been like that. Its the opposite of the glitter that tech has in their black.

Les Miles has horrible camera presence. Watched his coach's show and he appears borderline retard. How anyone would commit their kid to play for him is unbelievable. No wonder every LSU fan wants to fire him.

the shoes on the uni's were cool. past that, horrible. tie-dye gone horrible wrong on the VT coloring...and using VT to "color" in the numbers and lettering on the jersey....whoever said that would be an awesome thing to do should be shot.
