My dad was sitting in his seats on the first base side and saw that guy fall from the second deck. He said it was horrifying. Gosh I can't imagine see a dude fall like that. Might give me nightmares. They did say he was responsive and in stable condition. I think what had to have saved him was the people he fell on.

The reactions alone were tough to watch. If you youtube it, watch the people behind home plate. They react like they're watching someone die. One guy even doubles over and pukes. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hmtiqq_vz4Y

thats just super scary. thats always been a fear of mine at minute maid. I think from now on, I'll pay more to sit on the lower decks and closer to the baseline to avoid being fallen on.
hope that guy is ok.

Anyone see the man an hour later shove the kid into the fence on the center field grass for a home run ball? Flat out waylaid him. The interviewed the kid later and his whole side of his face was cut and bruised up.

I wish I could find the spare Jim Knox interview so you could see this kids face. He got fan of the game, but has a shiner that covers the whole left side of his face.

I dont know if whoever was watching also saw a foul ball down the first base line where a couple of guys ended up shoving each other after one guy got it. My dad said the police came down for that one. He also said when they got there that he talked to one of the parking attendants and he said a few hours before the game he and a few other workers had to crawl under a truck to avoid hail and a small tornado that ended up taking out a giant oak tree that fell and blocked a bridge. I think it was an all around wild night for the ballpark.
