What are your top 5 sporting events (not including one with a favorite team involved specifically, cause if the stars were in the cup finals it would be top 5 easy)
1. Super Bowl 2. March Madness 3. College Bowl games 4. NFL draft 5. One of the PGA Majors, prolly Masters
That's a very rough draft, it was harder than I thought. I might put the Woorld Cup up there cause I enjoy the nation vs nation aspect. The full NFL, NCAAfb, and MLB seasons would fall in there but I'm trying to narrow it more.

Sully is pretty spot on.
I think you have to throw in a good college football rivalry (any of the good ones) as being at or near the top.
I also think the U.S. Open is really cool because anyone (in theory) can make it.
Summer Olympics is definitely on there for me. The individual feats and wins accomplished are amazing.
