Just wondering how our resident Hog and Frog are feeling about their recruiting classes this year?
If things hold up for the Ags this could one of their best classes in over a decade.

If things hold up for the Ags this could one of their best classes in over a decade. Isn't that what they've said every year for the last decade. Hard to tell how it's going to go. As of December they only had 14 scholly slots but they've had some transfer out which brought it to about 20. They have one 4 star from Florida. Another keeps waivering. He's already de-committed from Utah and Minnesota and now they say Oregon is making a good last minute run. They just missed out on a QB from Colorado that committed to Notre Dame over the weekend. I'm not expecting a great class. Of course, we are usually rated below 60 overall and have finished in the top 10 3 of the last 5 years. What's funny is that Rivals has one guy as a 4 star and Scout has him as a 2. The rankings are almost a joke. Look for BYU to have a great class. They had a lot of schollies to offer.

Fran had one or two high ranked classes but neither of those had any high ranked OL or DL, something this class is full of. Not to mention Fran's classes were full of guys that were grade/attitude risks that never made it on campus. Out of this year's class there are only two or three guys that are considered risks.

The first class I was involved in signing at A&M was a consensus top 10 and was ranked as high as 3 by some publications.
that didn't turn out really well.

Fobbs committed to LSU last night...that sucks. Maybe he will switch again ala Gremon Coffman a few years ago.
5 letters in so far for the Ags...waiting on Nelson and Jackson.

Bobby Petrino will secretly sign a class of 25 ninjas. Everybody will be in the stands in the first game and one by one, the opposing team will disappear, without anyone knowing what is going on. Every other team will forfeit because they will want to play games after they play us, which will be impossible because their whole team will be eliminated. We will be 13-0 with a national championship.
seriously, we have the worst class in the SEC and are ranked somewhere around 60. Petrino will have to coach 'em up!

not sounding good for the Ags on Nelson. Every site is reporting that he is going to sign with ou.

This is killing me.
We are going to lose the biggest difference maker on defense we had committed to us, and then he will kill us for the next 4 yrs.

Losing Fobbs sucks, but losing Nelson would be terrible. Let's hope he sticks with the Ags.

Its pretty much a done deal. Everyone from ou radio to Texags to rivals to scout to skyline coaches themselves are saying Nelson to ou.
This is very bad.

Look at the bright side, at least we have some good Oline recruits for the first time in a long time.

Maybe he is going to pull a switcheroo on the land thieves and stick it to them by signing with us!
no, probably not.

Given past history the Ags go down in flames with this one. We never win, ever
