Is a half a game suspension (against Vandy) enough for this? Of course the SEC doesn't do anything to Florida.

It depends on who you are. If you are Alabama, Florida, LSU; you pretty much can do whatever you want.

Yeah, the rules are a little looser than other conferences. Will this year make 5 or 6 national championships in a row?
