This one will bring a tear to a glass eye at times. Damn fine tune.

I am a sucker for a sad song; so I really like this song.
I think it's about a relationship that is dead (at least for one of the people involved)but the participants are just hanging on. The singer knows something is wrong but doesn't know what to do. He loved her; until she left him with an open door and a note that tells him goodbye.
I think this is the finest song Rodney has written.

After careful analyzation and scrutiny, I have deemed this RP's best vocal performance of either record.

I love this track! It's by far my favorite. The vocal is beautiful and haunting. The lyrics are soft and yet so powerful. And the echo, or reverb, (or whatever ya'll professionals call it) contributes a soulful angst to the song...LOVE IT!
