What a week. I've never been through so much emotion in my life. Just glad he's going to make it to my wedding.
Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. He's still in the hospital, and his mind isn't fully recovered, but physically, he's good. We'll know more later. Think he'll get out tomorrow or wed.

What's made the thing harder is that I have had to explain what the heck happened to him about 50 times. Every time he sleeps, he loses everything back to the attack. Sucks.

sully i'm so sorry. i cant imagine how hard that is on you and your family right now. we had a similiar situation with my pawpaw. If you need anything at all, let me know. still praying for your dad and the familia.

Dad got sent home yesterday. He's still got those same memory issues, but they say it'll fade over time. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. It's up to him now. Hope he makes a few better decisions.

He's doing better. Starts rehab today. Weak and Tired all the time, but his mind is coming around. Still missing about two weeks that he may never get back.
