Wouldn't you if you had that much success with your music?

I would rather listen to that Forrest guy sing the phone book. That guy can sing AND has a great attitude.

Aight, I'm gonna step in for a minute. Calvin is a good friend of mine. It ain't right for me to be here an not say anything. You guys don't know him very well. He's quite humble actually and was raised by two of the best parents on earth. I just think he's still a little young in his maturity level and he just wants to put a little hype behind his music. That's all.
I'd do the same for you guys.

Sorry DB, but I fail to see how taking that attitude puts a little hype to your music. The guy was condescending and acted like he was doing us a favor by playing a song. Turned me off to his music completely.

Hell, maybe we are just spoiled by the way Rodney and the Pesos treat us. Maybe most musicians are dicks.

How old is he? He's got some learning to do, so just cut him a little slack.
Some of those bigtime guys never get over themselves.

Dont apologize Mike. You told me how you felt about it and I believe you. Maybe it's something I've never seen around him. He hasn't ever given me that vibe at all. I always take it as a favor when an artist takes the time to sit down with regular folks like me and let me in their world.

Well, I don't like Cody Canada but I won't deny the genius of a handful of songs.

If Cody Canada had said the same thing, I would have had less of a problem with it. I will grant Ragweed a little more latitude than I will the Slow Rollin lows.

Have you ever thought about Ragweed at one point in their careers, being as big as the Slow Rollin Lows? We all start somewhere.

yes. I guess I just think you should actually mix in some success before adding the attitude.
*Not saying Ragweed has an attitude. Never met them or been to one of their shows.

I feel you Mike. But, nobody ever got anywhere by not believing in themselves.
