finch this is why we keep you around. only problem with that is...what if folks peed in that river. then you cant float along with a straw and sip at will.

That is a problem indeed. Just make sure you're the furthest one up river, then just swim backward a little bit before you take a drink. Problem solved.

Ok. Turns out we are doing this. As much as it is an effing rip off. $105 a person covers 3 days (we'll only be there two) and a FRIDAY float. No two day pass. Lytle says they'll give us the Sat float. They aren't selling day passes until you get to the gate.

The Fischers will be in the vicinity and will be floating on Saturday somewhere. I don't know if we will be able to make it down to the area on Friday or not. But if we do, we will probably float that day too.
